We are a nonprofit supporting justice-involved individuals, military veterans, and the disenfranchised as they enhance existing knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA), gain new ones, and take meaningful steps toward long-term success.
Through an extensive six-week HVAC workshop (in cooperation with HVAC Technical Academy), we help individuals reenter society with confidence, purpose, and the tools they need to build a better future.

All participants going through our HVAC program experience an extensive hands-on style of learning and this is where we owe a great deal of gratitude to TruTech Tools.
From meters to digital gauges to big boy hoses, all gain valuable experience from vacuuming to system swaps to testing to diagnosing to working with recovery machines to just about everything in between, gainful employment is impressive… much due to TruTech Tools.
On a personal note, I’ve met (and had lunch with many from TruTech Tools at 4th Street Bar & Grill here in Lake Mary, Florida) and can genuinely say TruTech Tools AND the folks behind the name care about what they do and treat everyone with professionalism and respect. Naturally I could not complete this note without a special shout-out for Greg and Eric.
