I signed up for the HVAC Academy to gain some hands on experience since this is the only training it can be completed in 6 weeks’ time frame.
I traveled to Sanford all the way from NY area. The training was top notch; I had excellent experience with Danny the owner before even I arrived at this place. He was looking for accommodations and recommended a few places I can stay. Since I had some experience in Northeast region, I asked questions related to appliances, codes and install techniques.
I was blown away by Andrew’s (one of the instructors’) knowledge, he was able to answer every question I had related to heating oil, propane, and natural gas appliances and regulations.
Another Instructor, Robert, introduced me to techniques and equipment he was working on in Northwest region during his career. This training exceeded my expectations, especially when every morning we had a session with Danny about real job-related situations.
I was really surprised by the fact that Danny by end of the training helped to prepare for a job interview and offered a job opportunity.
Great experience with the team, amazing shop with plenty of equipment you can work on. This was one of the best training programs I ever attended.
