HVACTA Braze is what I do
To define, HVAC brazing is a metal-joining process using a filler metal to bond copper tubing and fittings at temperatures above 840° F (450° C). Proper brazing is required for HVAC refrigerant lines because it creates joints strong enough to withstand the high pressures of modern refrigerants and resists mechanical stress and vibration.
Take a look at the photos showcasing each participant first braze job. If you see an outstanding first-time performance, leave a comment on their photo… nothing like a shout-out now and then.
