It is a family. It’s a relationship. And it’s something that I hope will continue throughout your HVAC and throughout your journey.

That’s why you have Robert’s phone number, Andrew’s phone number, and mine. So that way we can work together and help you go through this.

And, of course, I developed some, some resumes for, for y’all. So whenever you have changes, let me know and we’ll work with that.

Now, the next person is an individual that, well, I always have to be nice to because he’s bigger than me, and I don’t know, you know, if he’s going to be mean or not.

So, let’s see what his video looks like.

And everybody sees the, the equipment and the tools that they’re, that they’re using, and they know how to use them. These are—that, that’s one of the, a huge advantage that, that all y’all have.

Now, I think that this person has something else that they want to share and let the world know what has happened in the recent history.

Hello, everyone. My name is Darvin Garrett Lewis, and I really appreciate this program. Like, this program really changed my life.

I’ve been out here. I’m 20 years old. I’ve been stuck here at a minimum wage job, and I’ve just been frustrated until I found this program, and this program really broke the ceiling for me.

And then before, before I entered this program, I feel I was only using like 20% of my brain. Now, after leaving this program, there’s a lot more knowledge I have now. I’m using about 80%. Now, I’m not fully there yet, but I’m using about 80% of my brain yet.

And then one thing I love that Robert used to tell the class is, “This school will take you to the ocean,” if you know what, if you know what I mean.

Like, once you—this school will take you to the ocean. That’s, that’s their job. And then once they, once, once the program is over, what you—at the—once you’re at the ocean, it’s up to you. Where do you want to go? What path do you want to take?

And for me, I feel like that’s all I need. I just needed something to take me to the ocean. And after that, I got it from here.

Yeah. So, thank you so much.

Oh yeah. Also, yeah, and then I do have my job. I just got my first job offered. So, I’m really happy about that. Really excited.

Definitely, definitely changing lives. And that is a great testament.

And, of course, I appreciate some of our partners. One of those partners is, of course, CareerSource Central Florida, who have—who has helped many individuals, and, and Darvin’s one of them.

So, thank you, definitely, and I know you make them proud. You make your family proud. You make us proud, and I want to know how that journey continues.

Don’t just forget about us. A lot of people do, but as you know, we do have students come back and share their stories and their triumphs.

And that’s something that I hope that all of us will share because the value that you could show other people is, is, is extremely high, and I appreciate that.
