The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) projects much faster-than-average growth (8%-9%) for HVAC technicians and installers nationally through 2034 while HVAC jobs in Florida are projected to grow by 13% to 15% each year through 2034.
It’s hard to explain the depth of work involved over the six-week program, best way is to visit our facility here in Sanford and take a tour for yourself. At that time the level of hands-on expectations will ignite a passion to go forward.
Getting the workshop rolling in the right direction, we competed in an HVAC word search project, introducing common HVAC terms each will have to master. In addition, we had a winner as first prize won a totally fancy hat.
Achievements are always a great opportunity to bring family, friends, and peers nearby for recognition and celebration… each step forward is a success.
With a high demand for HVAC technicians, now is the time to let the adventure begin. This week we are celebrating a new life, new journey.
Once the split system has been installed, all participants get involved with building a distribution box, incorporating collars, running flex, handling mastic, and ensuring proper air flow. Extra shirt required!
