We closed out last week with all participants active in the field as each gained hands-on experience centering around fundamental HVAC equipment and components. Building a fundamental knowledge is essential for all HVAC service technicians… that’s just what we do.
The level of dedication to HVAC was quite impressive as most participants had perfect attendance and was always into the process. With confidence, each possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required… no doubt success will follow each along their personal and professional path.
Over the past two days we have been working on completing three complete system swaps. Today should be the day all systems are up and running… and you know what this means .
Today we continue learning by doing. This week is dedicated to performing a complete system swap. We are talking from scratch all the way through building distribution boxes, running flex, and then performing preventive maintenances.
When systems come in or out, participants get involved. From moving equipment off the truck to loading, to ensuring paperwork accuracy, it’s all about making sure the installers are good to go without any hiccups.
. Not only did the workshop produce over 80% Universal 608 Certification, OSHA 10 training, and a ton of hands-on HVAC knowledge, skills, and abilities, lasting bonds were also cemented.
