Dirk and HVAC Simulator provides an incredible resource which further facilitates the participant learning experience. Providing web-based simulations, Dirk orchestrates an effective teaching method allowing our HVAC facilitator-led learning environment to complement a hands-on/theory-based delivery for maximum results.

Driven to break the chains of recidivism, partnering with Dirk and HVAC Simulator delivers results on the individual AND communal scale.

Driven to be a strong force within the community, TruTech Tools have been working with 2nd Chance University for several years. Not only are the folks within the organization amazing, but their tools are also top of the line for all HVAC professionals in the field.

I had the pleasure of personally meeting several individuals from their organization who visited our facility recently (lunch at a local Sanford restaurant was pretty good also). Without reserve, I knew their dedication/devotion to supporting the development and positive transition of individuals returning into society was absolute.

Recognizing 2nd Chance University’s mission is to break the chains of recidivism, we partnered with HVAC Technical Institute and like-minded organizations to develop an intensive six-week, 200-hour, HVAC workshop. HVACTA: Ooops happen now and thenAccidents happen… nothing new about that. The beauty about our program is accidents are a learning experience. For example, just an hour ago one of our participants found out what can happen when housing is secured and touches an open low voltage wire… look at the spark mark and his initials.
