HVACTA: Commercial Compressor

HVACTA: Commercial Compressor

HVACTA: Commercial CompressorToday all got their hands on a 175-pound commercial compressor. Andrew held mentorship to an eager group seeking knowledge and hands-on experience ate it up.

HVACTA: Commercial Compressor

Our philosophy is guided by practical knowledge mixed with theory and safety. Though concentrating on residential, when given the opportunity we get dirty with commercial equipment… never know what’s in store here. After all, one never knows what is in store at any call.

Looking for a hands-on approach to HVAC learning, give me a call to discuss.

HVACTA: Burn Baby Burn

HVACTA: Burn Baby Burn

HVACTA: Burn Baby BurnEnsuring all participants excel in brazing, no matter the conditions and/or angle, each is put to the test daily. Backed by a practice geared of challenge, growth becomes a reality.

HVACTA: Burn Baby Burn

After several hours/days of brazing, all are required to perform in the oddest situations. Often enveloped by cardboard, all practice flame lengths and positions. Truth is, better to burn under a controlled situation than at Mrs. Smith home… don’t you think?

HVACTA: Always in Action

HVACTA: Always in Action

HVACTA: Always in ActionWe are into the workshop slightly over a week… and what a week it was! Between brazing, component and system breakdowns, and getting to know tool application, much has been going on.

HVACTA: Always in Action

Yesterday we had the privilege of working directly with seasoned technicians from Tropical Air of Central Florida. Daniel and JR offered their field-tested experience, sharing for specialized training.

One-on-one attention paid off big time.

HVACTA: Brazing in the Sun

HVACTA: Brazing in the Sun

HVACTA: Brazing in the SunToday we introduced all to the world of brazing. With grand instruction by Andrew, Chris, and Robert, all handled the torches like champs.

HVACTA: Brazing in the Sun

Each participant cut their own copper pieces and torched away. Overall, an excellent result for all first timers on the torch.

Highlighting their work, look at the photo(s) and you make the call. Tomorrow is a new day and we be back on the brazing trail as well as system breakdowns. Oh, what a place of progress we have here!
