For those following our posts, it’s easy to get the picture of what HVAC Technical Academy is all about… all participants work hard… every day.
To be clear, the HVACTA track is designed for those individuals who learn best by doing. If you are looking for an easy and slow ride, no need to punch your ticket here. In other words, get ready to learn and work from week one.
Looking forward to being part of this journey. For those interested in HVAC as a career, give me a call.
I just wanted to express how VERY grateful I am for you, Andrew, Robert, and Chris for the incredible into to HVAC and expertise that you all gave me. My life has changed very much so for the better.
Now that we’re getting back to busy season, I’m excited to expand and grow!
There really is no ceiling in this profession, and I adore progression, especially tangible, visible progression that HVAC allows you to experience.
From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU.
Highlighting their work, look at the photo(s) and you make the call. Tomorrow is a new day and we be back on the brazing trail as well as system breakdowns. Oh, what a place of progress we have here!
Interested in entering the HVAC Industry, give me a call to chat.
Truth is, HVAC is about customer service so we can never neglect customer experience. Recognizing and placing ourselves in the customer shoes is an important part the service technician needs to excel all. Being a problem recognizer and problem resolver is the ultimate job for any customer service position, including HVAC.
Participants develop more than the skills to get the job done at HVAC Technical Academy, participants get a grasp on the full cycle, the good, the not-so good, and rather uncomfortable part.
Another contest we engaged in directly related to spelling… a simple test for anyone who actually paid attention to my discussion only a few moments prior. Out of 20 three-syllable words, Melody was able to finish in first place after spelling correctly 10 out of 20 words… in my book, not sure if that is something to be overly proud of… which goes to show how the remaining class did in comparison. Then again, she looks sharp with her York mug.
Gaining the proper knowledge, skills, and abilities takes more than reading… we take a holistic approach by using a wide array of learning style.
