HACTA: What a Difference a Day Makes

HACTA: What a Difference a Day MakesWhat a difference a day makes. If you recall, yesterday I posted an empty workshop, today, not quite so empty. What a life-changing journey we are about to lift off.

And then there’s TODAY!

Throughout the upcoming six weeks we will witnessing an HVAC adventure from individuals with no HVAC experience to become a well-prepared group offering the skills, knowledge, abilities, EPA certification, OSHA 10 trained, and high-grade tools.

Perhaps next time you will tag along? For those looking for an excellent path into HVAC, let me know.

HACTA: And then there’s tomorrow

HACTA: And then there’s tomorrowThough I don’t believe we will EVER get such a great group as the previous one, I am looking forward to all our chairs being occupied.

And then there’s tomorrow

Today showcases an open workshop… tomorrow we will be filled with eagerness, individuals progressing at a rapid rate, and a ton of HVAC.

Looking forward to witnessing the journey.

OSHA 10 General Industry

OSHA 10 General Industry Over the past two days nine safety-minded people completed OSHA 10 General Industry on-site training at our Sanford facility.

OSHA 10 General Industry

No doubt I will miss these folks as their HVAC careers progress on its journey. The past weeks have seen progress beyond expectation on their personal and professional level. Not only did the workshop produce over 80% Universal 608 Certification, OSHA 10 training, and a ton of hands-on HVAC knowledge, skills, and abilities, lasting bonds were also cemented.

Truly an honor and privilege to be part of their development.
