  • Know the difference between 12V, 24V, and 48V wires.
  • From package units, to split systems, and mini splits, hands on is what YOU do.

Philip in actionI began working with 2nd Chance University for a few months and these are my first thoughts…

Motivated Participants

  • It is moving to see all participants, including the justice-involved, show motivation and dedication to bettering their lives and to learn.
  • Participants are active in their learning; they aren’t afraid to get their hands into the mix completely starting day one.
  • Participants are passionate about their personal and professional growth, are eager to learn, and show interest to passing the Universal 608 Certification.

Motivated Mentors

Everyone here is committed to giving quality education and hands on training but it’s much more than that…

  • 2nd Chance University and HVAC Technical Academy is about relationship-building, promoting a foundation of trust, belief, and confidence all can achieve success in their lives, no matter their background.

It is great to be part of something larger than myself. I hope to continue to work for 2nd Chance University and HVAC Technical Academy as we improve the livelihood of others.

With a mentor by your side along the way, there is no better place to prepare for the 608 Universal Certification exam and learn (by doing) what it takes to be an HVAC technician. Located in Sanford, Florida, call to learn more at 407-878-0474 or visit our website.
