Workshop Completion Ceremony – 2025

The 2025 HVAC workshop completion ceremonies at HVAC Technical Academy celebrate the accomplishments of every participant who completed a 200-hour hands-on HVAC training workshop throughout the year.

Each attendee:

• Trained in both in-house and lab environments
• Practiced safety as a daily standard (not a separate subject)
• Completed the EPA certification test
• Created a unique instructional video based on something they learned
• Received an updated résumé and job search support (Employment is not guaranteed)

Starting in March 2025, participants have the option to enroll in OSHA 10-hour training through Certification and Safety, an authorized provider of the OSHA Outreach Training Program.
This 2-day training takes place the week after the HVAC workshop and commencement ceremony. Those who complete it receive an official Department of Labor (DOL) card.
While not required, it’s a valuable opportunity for those looking to enhance workplace safety awareness and job readiness.

Each workshop ended with a commencement ceremony where:

• Family and friends were invited to celebrate
• Certificates were awarded
• Attendees shared personal reflections
• Instructors and Founder/CEO Danny Huffman offered closing remarks
• Some ceremonies included a guest speaker
