HVAC technicians oftentimes take the role of electrician, plumber, carpenter, and all-around handy person. Truth is, care must always be part of the HVAC equation.
As the photos highlight, small cuts are one of the common accidents HVAC technicians will encounter. Wearing proper gloves and sleeves should be part of the dress code.
At the end of our six-week program, all participants go through OSHA 10 General Industry training… which, in the eyes of an employer, adds value when it comes to hiring and training employees.
Hazard recognition = hazard prevention… don’t be a statistic.
