I remember my father telling me: “If things don’t change, things won’t change.” At the time these few words did not impact my life… many years later, the scope of his wisdom resounds beyond significance.
Here, at HVACTA, today is the beginning of ACTION for an eager and committed group. I am totally excited to be a part of change AND action for the group looking to enter the HVAC industry. I encourage you to keep on the lookout at each participants journey over the next six weeks… who knows, maybe their dedication to success will be an inspiration for many.

Dreams without action are simply that, dreams… Think about this for a moment. What dreams did you NOT act upon or make excuses to hold off doing? Using a “gosh darn it or, I ‘have other things going on in life” excuse is an easy excuse and a simple way to justify… but remember Change takes Action.
In other words, if you want change, doing the same thing and using excuses will not bring about rewards… just saying.
Think about the past year, how many times did you delay and allow complacency to guide your actions (or lack of action)? Fast forward another twelve months from now and look at your personal “gosh darn it” inventory. What do you think you will see?
So, I ask: What are you doing NOW to prepare for change?
