βThe program met my expectations plus some. We met in a small group setting so there was enough time to be able to work on areas where I struggle. The area i found most valuable in my personal progression was I was able to challenge myself. The growth from day 1 to now. The area I found most valuable in my professional progression was being able to conquer my fears. For example, I had a fear of fire. Now I find brazing fun and therapeutic. I would recommend this program. It gives you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. I feel as though I can be a success and achieve my goals and be successful working with my hands. I forgot about my stress when finishing a project. I felt great knowing I did that.β
