During the September 2026 HVAC Technical Academy workshop completion ceremony, Danny recognizes Ravieon Pinner for the confidence he showed in his student video. Danny talks about the progress Ravieon made during six weeks of training and encourages him to keep believing in himself.
Ravieon thanks the instructors and talks about the connections and relationships he developed during the workshop. He also shares that he wishes the program had been longer.
Danny then introduces Ramon Riveras, who thanks Danny, Andrew, Robert, Chris, and his loved ones for their support. Ramon describes his training as the first step toward his future.
Danny reminds the graduates how far they have come in six weeks and encourages them to continue moving forward in HVAC, one step at a time.
Sorry, no video available for Ramon Riveras.

You flowed. You knew what you were talking about. Stumbled a little bit, but that’s okay. If I was an employer and I saw that video, I would be impressed. You had clarity and that was something that was wonderful and you showed confidence. Something that six weeks ago ain’t happening. Sorry, but that’s the reality of it is is now you have it. Keep going. Keep believing in yourself. So, come on up here and tell us some words of wisdom. Come on up here, Ravon.
Yes, you have to.

Hello everybody. This program was good. I wish it was longer. A lot of lot of connections, a lot of relationships, a lot of lot of just building. And one thing I did in my life is just want to build. So thank you to all the instructors. My parents couldn’t come here. Our family couldn’t come today, but it’s cool. It happens. But just thank everybody just for being here.
Yeah, you did.

See, you couldn’t tell that Raven was a little bit shy at all. Very confident.
Just got to be you and be be yourself. There’s a lot of great things that can happen. And this is just the seed. This is just the root. Now it’s time to build something fantastic. Something absolutely fantastic that you can do.
The next individual unfortunately was unable to do a video, but that’s okay. He’s got a lot of experience in the industry and and in life. And I would like to ask Ramon to come on up here, say a couple of things.

Acknowledging that it is a first step is an important thing. So all of y’all have taken a huge step from where you were at six weeks ago and there’s no way that anybody could disagree or counter that at all.

But ain’t that right? What’ you say?
