By the end of the first week each participant gets down and dirty in the field. This week we went over safety issues, ladder and equipment, as well as launching our knowledge in the field. All ten excelled in a homework project, sharing their insight to all in the workshop not only in the class but also sharing knowledge in the field.
Yesterday the day was filled with rain… not the best day one but then again, the first week is designed to dig deep into understanding HVAC systems, components, and safety. Overall, we were productive on many levels.
Dedicated to each participant, we limit workshop sizes to a maximum of ten. In addition, our facility is designed to keep a safe environment while focusing on sharing HVAC knowledge, skills, and abilities in an aggressive hands-on style.
We are not just an HVACT workshop, our methods are guided by building lasting relationships, personal growth, and practical knowledge while mixing hands-on, theory, and safety upon each step in the path.
What a difference a day makes. If you recall, yesterday I posted an empty workshop, today, not quite so empty. What a life-changing journey we are about to lift off.
