2nd Chance University is excited to announce a new family member… Philip Nguyen graduated from UCF with a bachelor’s in political science and earned a commission of 2nd Lieutenant in the Army National Guard in December of 2022. He has always been interested in helping to improve society from working to help increase teacher’s pay or restoring felons the right to vote after they finish their sentences.

Unclogging the ClogHVAC Technical Academy go through daily troubleshooting issues and resolve daily. Tripped float switches due to a clogged drain line is one of the most common calls an HVAC Technician makes.

Clearing the Gunk

When drain lines clog, the float switch shuts the system down. The purpose is to mitigate water damage to the surrounding area. To clear the lines, technicians often will vacuum the line out and/or blow with nitrogen.

A simple resolve gets residents back into the cool… and the hero of the story: the HVAC Service Technician.
