2025: HVACTA First Day Winner!

2025: HVACTA First Day Winner! No better way to begin 2025 than with a solid career path… Today HVAC Technical Academy launched our January 2025 HVAC workshop to full capacity. To think, in less than two months our participants will have extensive hands-on experience, tools for the trade (including a Fieldpiece Digital Gauge set), their Universal 608 EPA Certification, and a proven path of success.

HVACTA First Day Winner

To get all introduced to HVAC terms and concepts, we held a word-search competition. The enclosed photo highlights our winner, uncovering all terms the quickest (but only in seconds). As a result, the top prize was awarded and received proudly, no doubt a cherished treasure.

2024: Where did you go? Can the year really be over in just a couple days?

Why do days often seem to take forever to cycle while years come and go in a blink?

Though every year offers ups and downs, we are changing lives (one at a time), families, and communities and want to share a couple comments received throughout 2024.

HVACTA: Before the Beginning

HVACTA: Before the Beginning Being prepared is half the challenge. As such, HVAC Technical Academy is getting loaded for the January 2025 six-week HVAC workshop.

Upon completion our goal is to have every participant Universal 608 Certified, own the tools required, have solid HVAC practical knowledge, and be psychologically ready for an HVAC career.

Tools of the HVAC Trade

The photo(s) represent HVAC tools needed for the job AND needed for our HVAC workshop. At HVAC Technical Academy, tools are supplied during the first week (or so), assigned and used by individual participants, and are part of the graduation package. In other words, Complete the workshop and the tools are yours.

2025: Success Takes ACTION December means a great deal of different things to a great number of people. For many, December is a month for dreams, reflection, and preparation.

2025: Now is the Time for YOU to Take ACTION

Dreams without action are simply that, dreams… Think about this for a moment as we reflect on 2024. What dreams did you disallow life? I know taking a “gosh darn it, I ‘should’ have” inventory can be emotionally taxing, but worth the exercise.

Here comes a New Year with New Dreams… fast forward twelve months from now and look at the “gosh darn it” inventory. What do you see? What are you doing NOW to prepare for 2025 dream?

As my father told me many years ago: If things don’t change, things won’t change.

HVACTA Graduation Celebration Another great six-week HVAC workshop concludes with major advances.

From knowing little to nothing, our group is fully capable of new system swaps, diagnosing/troubleshooting, brazing, performing recoveries/vacuums, preventive maintenances on split systems, heat pump systems, mini-splits, and package units.

An Impressive Group

We had a good showing at our celebration. Family, friends, CareerSource Reps, and our team gathered to recognize the hard work all have done to accomplish a challenging goal. I am honored to have been a part of the journey and adventure over the past six weeks and look forward to seeing where each participants door opens.
