The same principle is true with HVAC Service Technicians, without the proper tools AND the know-how to use them, one cannot diagnose, troubleshoot, or do just about anything. During the second week of our six-week program, tools are distributed fresh out of the box. Over the next four weeks all will break down systems, diagnose, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenances, and build distribution boxes (and so much more) with their new tools. Once the program concludes, tools are theirs to keep.
