One of the things that I personally have taken to task is developing confidence, self-worth, believing in themselves.
And from the very beginning, Jacob—fantastic guy—but a little bit shy, a little bit not quite as confident.
The growth that he has done, that he has created on himself because of the hard work, and the ability now to recognize that there is somebody wonderful looking back at him when he looks in a mirror. And that is huge, huge.
So, Jacob, thank you for being part of this, and come on up here and say some nice things.

I want to say thank you to all of the families for allowing all of the guys to come out and participate in doing this program.
I want to thank all of the teachers for giving us the knowledge to be able to do it and providing skill set tools.
And I also want to say thank you to all of my peers because I know I am not the easiest person to work with, particularly with my blustery years. But I really appreciate you giving me the time of day and allowing me to be able to do this and grow as a person and move—
