They do it all. They do it all. Duct board. Anybody have an air handler where you see that discoloration? I can’t say the word “mold.” There’s that black crap that grows out.
They don’t do it right here; they’re doing it again and again until they get it right. We have very high standards, which is unique—to be expected to do really great work in everything that you do. And if you don’t, well, you do it again.
And then you get Robert on you. Yay, Robert. Hopefully he’ll be here shortly.
