This program is not just about HVAC. It’s about self-worth. It’s about visualization and affirmation. It’s about developing who you are to be the very best person that you can be, no matter what.
And that is why many organizations come to us and look for people, because it’s not just about HVAC. It’s about yourself. And to me, that’s extremely, extremely important. And that’s something that we all need to be aware of.
But if you notice, we do everything. Like I said, we do it all. These guys do it all.
The first couple of weeks, I know that there were a lot of people lost and going, “What in the world am I doing here?” And I warn people, the first couple of weeks, it’s going to be tough. And it is tough.
And then we’re going to challenge you even more, because that’s how you learn and that’s how you grow, is through challenge. And everybody succeeded to the point of—it was just fantastic.
With the exception of one person who, unfortunately—no, I’m wrong person. This guy here, he did good. He went through a lot of struggles, I think, and went through a lot of obstacles, but he never gave up. Never gave up.
And that’s the whole thing about this program. I’m not going to let you give up, and you’re not going to let you give up, because if you do, then I’m going to sic Robert on you. And you don’t want Robert on you. There’s no doubt about that.
So, let’s see who’s next.

It’s been a pleasure having you as part of this family, and obviously you have a family, so that’s pretty cool. That’s pretty cool. So come on up here and accept this and say something. Definitely show your appreciation.
I’m not really a good speaker, as you guys can see. You know, I’m a little embarrassed, but I definitely want to say thank you to all the staff members and everyone here. Definitely Mr. Danny, Andrew, Rob, Chris. You guys were big, big helps.
I’m not going to lie, I did not know anything about anything when I came here. I think I told you that. Treat me like a baby, man. I’m very upfront.
So, I definitely got to put a big thank you to my family right here. Two kids. They really spent a long time without me. As you can see, my youngest, he’s very curious about everything that’s going on right now.
I want to say thank you to all my classmates, too. Like I said, we’re like family now. I really appreciate you guys for helping me and literally lending me a helping hand.
It definitely was a struggle. Trying not to get emotional up here, but I definitely want to say thank you to everybody. I mean that deeply from my heart.
